As part of our mission to empower our customers to nourish their bodies in simple ways, we offer a variety of classes at Simply Nourished Mason City. Class prices vary based on supplies required. Reservations and advanced payment are required. (online payment includes a $1.00 paypal fee)

A 10% discount is given to participants on select ingredients used in our Cooking Classes and Demonstrations.

Galentine Sip & Shop
